NEW - Hot Yoga Introductory Class
Practitioners of hot yoga believe the heat extends the ability of the ligaments, tendons and muscles. Immersing yourself in hot yoga practice is said to: release toxins, improve flexibility and range of motion, increase the chances of weight loss, develop muscle tone, build the immune system, reduces the symptoms of certain chronic illnesses, such as thyroid disorders, arthritis, joint pain and circulatory problems.
Not Suitable for Pregnant Women and those with Hypertension.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga Weekly Drop-In with Rita
Ideal for beginners & and enjoyed by all levels. Gentle stretches, breathing, and simple movements are designed to systematically increase the range of motion in every major joint. A harmony of restorative postures, while supported by props and introductions to Hatha Classical postures.

NIA with Andreea Diaconescu
We are excited to bring NIA back for the Summer!! NIA combines movements from the martial arts, healing arts and modern dance arts into a fun-filled, low impact class. Great class to combine with your weekly yoga and/or pilates classes.
